| Nuevas confirmaciones del Primavera Sound 2008

| La organización del festival Primavera Sound ha dado a conocer un total de 11 nuevas incorporaciones. Entre las más destacadas se encuentran la visita de The Sonics, convirtiéndose en la primera actuación de la banda en toda su historia en la Europa Occidental, y los conciertos de Devo y Shellac, que ya visitó el Primavera Sound en la edición de 2006. |

Además, los nombres de Explosion In The Sky, Mount Eerie, los australianos Devastations, Times New Viking, MGMT, Moho, La Estrella de David y Bestia Ferida también formarán parte del cartel de la edición de este año del evento barcelonense.
